Friends of The River School (FoTRS) is our community body of parents, staff and supporters who join together to serve the school in a variety of ways.. This may include serving tea and coffee at special events, praying for the school, fundraising and creating opportunities for the community to come together and have fun.

All parents and carers of children at the school, including the Nursery, are members of the ‘Friends of The River School’ as are the staff. We also long standing supporters from the wider Christian community.

We are indebted to the amazing efforts of our dedicated ‘Friends’ and look forward to welcoming both new families as the school expands, and old friends such as past pupils and staff.

FoTRS are invited to volunteer at school-run events such as the Summer Fayre, Christmas Market and Christmas Celebration and take the lead in running other fundraising or community evenings such as NGS Open Days, Cheese and Wine evenings, Wreath Making and more.
