School Fees
The River School Fees 2024 – 2025
The River School is an independent Christian school run by a charity - the Worcester Christian Education Trust. This means that it is entirely dependent on parents and others for its income. The school charges fees to help cover the running costs; these are reviewed annually to reflect the real value of education for each child, based upon the budget for the coming year.

The government is proposing to make changes to the VAT rules for independent school, including schools like us with a charity status. If this proposal goes through parliament then our School and WAC Fees will increase by 20% in line with this change.
The decision will be made by the government in October 2024.
To help parents who have more than one child at the school, a 5% reduction is applied to the siblings.
*School fees are charged in advance and if paid on or before the first day of term, there is an additional 5% discount applied! Alternatively, fees may, by arrangement, be paid in monthly instalments by Direct Debit or Standing Order, payable on the 1st of each month. Please see our Fees Policy for more details.
